IN-HOUSE LEGAL
Your litigation model is fragmented. Your company’s bottom line is paying the price.
01
Visibility and Control
An in-house team tracking case data across three to five disconnected systems doesn’t have a complete picture of their matter, or their litigation portfolio. The impact on strategic planning, risk analysis, and reserve calculation is significant.
02
Independent Case Readiness
Gain direct visibility into the full case record to verify strategy and identify hot documents without relying solely on outside counsel. In-house teams who cannot independently verify preparation are exposed — to the board, to the CFO, and to opposing counsel who found what you missed.
03
Owned Institutional Knowledge
Ensure every case theory and settlement history belongs to your department, preventing knowledge loss when switching firms. When institutional knowledge lives in your own system, its value compounds

What Syllo accomplishes in practice
Outside counsel accountability for a $300M real estate company
A Fortune 500 real estate company had just concluded a significant outside counsel engagement. The GC's question was direct: could AI replicate what the firm had done and how would the results compare?
Syllo ran a look-back across the full record, isolating knowable information at each litigation time point to produce a side-by-side against the firm's work. The analysis surfaced the same critical evidence, organized identically by litigation time point.
The department now had an independent basis to evaluate outside counsel work product and a repeatable process for every matter that followed.
Internal investigation at a $600M commercial services company
An AmLaw 100 supported the General Counsel of a $600M revenue commercial services company with an internal investigation. The in-house legal team discovered that company executives had secretly created a self-dealing vendor entity.
The internal investigation that followed produced 1.4 million documents. The challenge was mapping the full corporate structure, tracing who was hired, when, and at whose direction, across a dataset that was massive and unpolished, before filing a 200-page RICO complaint.
Using Syllo, the GC could ask direct questions of the full document universe and receive immediate, synthesized overviews. Rather than a line-by-line review of the complaint, in-house and outside counsel were able to assess the complaint's structural integrity and legal theory coverage against the entire record. The team came away with documented confidence that the complaint was robust.
Record mastery at scale
An AmLaw100 firm tackled a matter involving an international dispute with a record of significant scale. The team faced 200-page expert reports and needed to isolate evidence across five specific transactions before trial.
Syllo distilled each report into a 25-page digest cited by paragraph number then ran automated fact checks across the record to map the transactions directly to the underlying evidence. Stakeholders aligned on the critical issues without needing to read the full reports.
The team went into trial with the record organized at a level of granularity that manual review, at that timeline and volume, could not have produced.
